About Us

Our mission is to inspire leadership and service to create a better Morgan Hill. Every year, Leadership Morgan Hill's all-volunteer board provides a nine-month leadership program that connects class members with leaders from local, regional and state government as well as the business, education, health and human services, and nonprofit sectors. Interactive learning sessions and workshops are led by a professional facilitator. The class also develops and executes its own community service project from start to finish. Nearly 500 people have graduated from our program since its founding in 1995, and many are leading and serving throughout our community today.
