25 years of hope and healing
Jacob's Heart provides families with the opportunity to connect with one another through a three day camp experience, Camp Heart and Hands.
Full Hearts is one of the four main programs that Jacob's Heart offers to families. In this area, volunteers come together to help pack weekly groceries to be delivered to families. Families can come in on Friday's to shop as if they were in a grocery store. The best part of Jacob's Heart services is that they are all free to every Jacob's Heart families.
